Have you just recently purchased from us and will like to return it due to a selection error or your ready to wear do not quite fit. We are happy to only exchange the item for any other item in our product range when the following criteria are met:
- The items ordered is in good and sellable condition (unused, unstained and undamaged).
- The Customer agree to bear the courier cost of return and exchange where the error is from the customer, We will accept the liability also if we have sent you an item in error.
- Items purchased during sales/discounts are not eligible for return when your order have been correctly delivered.
Returns are expected within the following time frames.
Lagos and Abuja: 24 hours return to our shops
Other States in Nigeria: 48 hours return to any of our shops in Lagos and Abuja.
