Patrick Ayanski came to Nigeria as a UK millinery company called Milliner Warehouse in the mid-2000s and began the process of market penetration. In the beginning, the business was unexpectedly slow and it became painfully obvious over time that there was a very low demand for millinery items in the market, however, during the process of conducting market research, a glaring gap came to light. Top designers were complaining about the quality of zips available in the market and the headaches that this was causing them.
Patrick Ayanski introduced Cremalleras Rubi zips to the Nigerian market in 2006, with their high quality, reliable and dependable zips. The power of word-of-mouth took hold and it took little to no time before the creme de la creme designers of the day such as Nikki Khiran, Lanre Da Silva Ajayi, Tiffany Amber, Lisa Folawiyo, ODEVA, Jewel by Lisa, Odio Mimonet and much more came calling and became regular customers.
In 2006, trimmings were introduced, Blings by Patrick Ayanski in 2010, Ayanski Fabrics Limited UK in 2013, Aso-Oke by Ayanski in 2016 (discontinued in 2020) and Ayanski RTW in 2020. Today, we stand our ground in the market with our variety of products and now expanding into the world of finance.
