Building The Temple is a project birthed by Patrick Ayanski to achieve our vision of transforming lives and impacting our community. It is our believe at Patrick Ayanski that to ultimately change life outcomes, providing the necessary education, skills and platforms for self expression and development is fundamental.
To achieve this, we train unemployed individuals in our local community on the application and arrangement of crystals and embellishments. Successful participants after a one week intensive training with us qualify for a paid internship for about two to three weeks in other Companies.
At the end of the internship, all participants were required to submit to a written and practical assessment of the skill they have learned in the overall course of the program which takes place at our our premises at 10B, Olawale Cole Onitiri Avenue, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria.
This opportunity is open to participants without discrimination based on gender, religion, race. The intensive training for a week runs from monday to saturday and participants are given a starting daily allowance between N600 – N1,000 depending on travel required.
Upon completion, outstanding participants are required to present their portfolios, results and references when requested while being interviewed for permanent employment where available.
